Our apartment resides in the hills of Calahonda in the region of Mijas, one of the Costa del Sol´s most popular areas and home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The development is less than 10 minutes from lovely beaches and only 30 minutes from Malaga airport. Calahonda is in the heart of the Costa del Sol and makes a perfect base from which to explore all the region has to offer. 

The property is in a secure, gated complex and includes a modern fitted kitchen, spacious living area with dining for 6, bathroom, two good sized double bedrooms, communal pools and is well equipped (eg: DVD, satelite tv, PS3).

Marble floors can be found throughout, heated in the bathrooms and the apartment also has integrated air conditioning fitted in all rooms.

Newly furnished in June 2009, the apartment also has a large terrace with the sun from the early hours of the morning to around 5pm with great sea views and BBQ.

Stretching from Almeria to Tarifa, it caters for all tastes, ages and nationalities; with such a wide range of facilities and attractions, there is something for everyone to enjoy.  


 

A fantastic all year round climate with around 300 days of sunshine per year make the Costa del Sol one of Europe's top holiday destinations. It is one of the best, most reliable and healthiest climates in the world. At the height of the summer in July and August the daytime temperatures are regularly above 30ºC and there is virtually no rain.
